The project is a longitudinal qualitative study of the development of prosodic structure and inflectional morphology in the acquisition of Hebrew and Arabic (Palestinian Arabic spoken in Israel). The main emphasis is on the effect of prosodic constraints on morphological development, and more generally, the prosody - morphology interface in acquisition.
